I needed to sell my property in Turkey and was recommended Ali Onur Ulusakarya at Kobalt Law. I contacted Kobalt Law and, after a long conversation, decided to engage them to deal with the sale of my villa.

I did know that this procedure would take a considerable length of time to achieve (due to complications in Turkish inheritance law, as my husband had recently passed away), and thanks to Ali’s help we were able to achieve the name change and the sale of the property in 8 months.

We are now the proud owners of a penthouse apartment in Turkey, all this would not have been possible without Onur…

Having bought and sold a French property, we were very much aware of potential issues with buying property abroad, but we’re completely alien to the Turkish buying process and wished to tread very carefully.

When our offer was accepted, the estate agent told us we didn’t need a lawyer, if we wanted to complete quickly and save money and we could use them or a lawyer they could recommend.
